Advancing Through the Levels

Stage three brings operational AI with production deployments, basic monitoring, and defined processes. Stage four introduces scaled AI with cross-functional integration, MLOps pipelines, and governance frameworks. Stage five represents optimized AI where the organization continuously innovates, with self-improving systems and AI embedded in strategic planning.
