ESKOM AI Sp. z o.o. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone, in compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.

2. Accessibility Measures

We have taken the following measures: semantic HTML structure, keyboard navigation support, sufficient color contrast ratios, descriptive alt text for images, ARIA labels for interactive elements, responsive design for all screen sizes.

3. Conformance Standards

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This is an ongoing effort and we regularly review our accessibility compliance.

4. Testing Methodology

We verify website accessibility using: automated tools (WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool, Axe DevTools, Google Lighthouse), manual testing (keyboard navigation, color contrast verification, screen reader testing), code review for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some elements may not be fully accessible: video content may not have captions (we are working on adding them), some PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are actively working to address these limitations.
